About me

You can love your work—and lead in a way that energizes your people.

I'm Danielle Droitsch, an executive and leadership coach with a 25-year career as a manager, team leader, and organizational strategist. I help leaders and mission-driven professionals reconnect with the parts of work that matter—so they can lead effectively, grow strong teams, and thrive in their careers without burning out.

Through coaching, workshops, and team development programs, I work with small to mid-sized organizations across the nonprofit, academic, and corporate sectors. My clients are professionals and teams who care deeply about doing meaningful work—and who want that work to feel more fulfilling, more effective, and more sustainable.

At the heart of my approach is a core belief:

You can love your work. And when you do, you lead better, collaborate more effectively, and create greater impact. When your team is aligned and energized, performance improves—without sacrificing people’s well-being.

About me

I support individuals and organizations to thrive—not just survive—at work. My offerings include:

  • Executive & Leadership Coaching: For leaders navigating complexity, change, growth, or burnout.

  • Team Coaching & Workshops: Helping teams build trust, communicate effectively, and operate at a higher level of performance.

  • Strengths-Based Development: Certified in Gallup Strengths and DISC, I help individuals and teams understand how to use their natural talents to drive success.

  • Workplace Well-Being & Burnout Prevention: Equipping organizations with the tools to build sustainable cultures of impact and care.

Whether you’re an executive looking to lead with greater clarity, or a team looking to collaborate more effectively, I bring structure, insight, and practical tools to help you move forward.

What I Do

My Background

Before becoming a coach, I spent two decades leading organizations and managing high-performing teams. I’ve served as an Executive Director, program director, and policy expert—roles that required strategic vision, stakeholder alignment, and strong team leadership. I've led organizational growth, managed cross-functional teams, overseen hiring and performance systems, and navigated the very leadership challenges my clients face today.

I draw from lived experience, not just theory.

In 2017, I launched my coaching practice and have since supported hundreds of professionals across sectors—from nonprofit leaders to academic deans to private sector innovators. While many of my clients come from mission-driven backgrounds, the challenges they face—team dynamics, confidence, burnout, purpose, growth—are universal.

What I Believe

Work is a key part of well-being—not separate from it. When people are connected to their strengths and values, they show up differently. They lead more intentionally. They collaborate more effectively. They bring their best not just to their organizations, but to their families, communities, and lives.

I created Time for Well-Being as a resource for professionals and organizations who want to build a better relationship with work—one that fuels performance and sustainability. Through this platform, I offer tools, insights, and coaching to support people and teams who are ready to make meaningful change.

A Bit More About Me

I live in Salt Lake City, Utah with my husband Dave and daughter Eleanor. We spend our free time exploring mountains, deserts, and trails. I'm a lifelong learner, a leadership nerd, and someone who loves real conversations—especially the ones that get to the heart of how people think, grow, and change.

Having worked in organizations where people care deeply but are stretched thin, I know how easy it is to lose the spark that once drove your work. My mission is to help people get it back—and help leaders build teams where others can do the same.

Let’s Work Together

If you're a leader wondering how to better support your team…
A manager trying to develop your people while navigating your own growth…
Or a professional looking to reconnect with what makes you feel purposeful and effective...

I’d love to support you.

Let’s build a workplace—and a life—you can feel proud of.

You don’t have to choose between leading well and living well.

I help people and teams create meaningful change and sustain the energy to keep going.

It’s not a tradeoff—it’s a smarter way to work.
