About us

I am an executive and leadership coach who empowers high-achieving professionals to discover their superpowers, love their work, lead with confidence, and achieve the life of well-being they deserve. I also help organizations support their staff to do the same. I founded Time for Well-Being (Time for You LLC) in 2016 to provide coaching and consulting support to individuals and organizations

Helping people discover and activate their superpowers is what I do. With superpowers, anyone can have greater impact in their careers but also lead a more fulfilling life. My unique ability lies in seeing the strengths and talents in others that they might not recognize in themselves. This is at the core of who I am as a coach.

I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, with my daughter Eleanor and husband Dave we explore the desert, mountains, and other beautiful Western landscapes.

About Danielle

I’m a career clarity coach with Time for Well-Being supporting the Career Clarity and Fulfillment group program. I’m a trained career coach who helps professionals at a crossroads gain clarity and confidence in their next steps. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving, yet find themselves feeling unfulfilled despite their success. I serve as a strategic thought partner to help them shift perspective and move forward with more intention, alignment, and purpose.

My work draws on a background in journalism, education, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship, which gives me a diverse and holistic lens on career growth. My coaching process is grounded in the science of human performance, change management, and career development. I’m credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and hold certifications in career transition, personal branding, job search strategy, and interview coaching.

I’m also an active member of professional communities like the Career Thought Leaders Consortium, Fireworks Career Coaching, and the South Carolina chapter of ICF. These connections help me stay current and offer my clients the most up-to-date tools and insights.

I live in Charleston, South Carolina, and spend my downtime walking with my golden doodle, Leo, along the marsh, exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains, or visiting my alma mater, Clemson University.

I’m an Executive Assistant who thrives on bringing calm to chaos and structure to busy, fast-paced businesses. I partner with entrepreneurs, executives, and growing teams to streamline operations, manage projects, and handle the details—so they can stay focused on what matters most. At Time for Well-Being I support a lot of the marketing projects to help share the messages of leadership, strengths, and well-being to diverse audiences via podcasting, YouTube, blogs, newsletters, and more.

With over a two decades of experience in operations, leadership, and client service, I’ve worn many hats—from running a training academy to supporting high-level clients remotely. My superpower is seeing the small things that make a big difference. I’m detail-oriented, intuitive, and deeply reliable. I anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and bring a warm, upbeat energy to every interaction.

I live in Worcester, South Africa, where I enjoy a slower pace when I’m off the clock—spending time outdoors, exploring the beauty of the Cape, and soaking up time with family. I also love running—it clears my head, keeps me grounded, and fuels my day. A few of my favorite things: a well-organized workspace, a good cup of coffee, and making someone’s day easier.

I’m a project manager at Time for Wellbeing, where I help create thoughtful, well-run spaces for people to grow, connect, and feel supported. I manage communications, program logistics, outreach and internal operations to keep things running smoothly—so our team and members can focus on what matters most.

With a background in finance and operations, I bring a strong systems mindset to everything I do. I’m the person who thrives in spreadsheets, builds clarity into workflows, and enjoys solving complex challenges that turn moving pieces into meaningful progress. Whether it’s organizing a calendar, researching or streamlining a report, I believe the little details make a big difference.

I live in Round Rock, Texas, and stay connected to purpose-driven communities through volunteering and nonprofit work. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me working out, experimenting with new flavors in the kitchen, discovering new gens around the world or spending time with people I care about.
