Design Your Year:

A Brain-Based Approach to Meaningful Change

Live Workshop Dates

🗓 January 9 | 3:00–4:30 pm ET
🗓 January 11 | 4:00–5:30 pm ET

Learn the science and strategy behind building a life - and career-that energizes you.

The turn of a year is more than a date change. It’s a natural reset point—a moment when your brain is uniquely primed for reflection, clarity, and intentional action.

But here’s the truth:

Intentions alone don’t create change.

And traditional goal-setting often ignores how the brain actually works.
This workshop gives you something different.

In Design Your Year, you’ll learn a simple, science-backed process for creating meaningful change- one that blends intention-setting with brain-based behavioral strategies that make follow-through easier, more energizing, and far more sustainable.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • Your personalized 2026 intentions, aligned with your values, energy, and direction

  • A brain-based strategy map for turning those intentions into real momentum

  • A clear focus for Q1, so you can start the year grounded, energized, and confident

  • Practical tools you can return to anytime you need a reset - midyear, end-of-year, or when life shifts

Whether you’re craving a fresh chapter, a clearer sense of direction, or a way to reconnect with what matters most, this workshop helps you design a year that supports your whole life - not just your to-do list.

What We’ll Explore Together

  • Why the brain resists change - and how to work with it, not against it

  • Why intentions matter (and why most people underestimate them)

  • Behavior-science shortcuts that make new habits easier to sustain

  • How to identify what actually energizes you - and design around it

  • A guided, brain-friendly process to design your 2026 intentions and action pathways

You’ll leave with clarity, energy, and a realistic plan for the year ahead - one your brain can actually support.

FAQs

What’s the difference between intentions and goals?

Will I leave with a clear set of 2026 intentions?
Yes. You’ll walk away with a personalized set of intentions plus a strategy map to help you live them out throughout the year.

Is this workshop based on science?
Yes. You’ll learn practical, brain-based tools rooted in behavioral science, habit psychology, and neuroscience to help you create lasting, meaningful change.

I’ve struggled with follow-through in the past. Will this help?
Absolutely. This workshop is designed for real humans with real lives—not perfect routines. You’ll learn how to shape habits and systems that make follow-through easier and more sustainable.

Do I need to know anything about neuroscience?
Not at all. Everything is explained in simple, practical language. The goal is to empower you, not overwhelm you.

Is this workshop only for career-related intentions?
No. Participants often focus on career, well-being, relationships, creativity, leadership, or personal growth. You can apply the framework to any area of life.

Will there be a workbook?
Yes. You’ll receive a downloadable workbook to guide your reflections during the workshop and support you throughout 2026.
