Danielle is a certified life coach who has 25 years experience as a leader and executive in the non-profit sector. She is also a trained lawyer. Danielle works with busy high achieving professionals who are tired and overwhelmed by the daily grind and want to feel inspired again.Her passion is helping people take steps to create, design, and pursue their ideal career. Whether its reinvesting in your existing career or planning your career over the long term, she can help you tackle some of your biggest challenges in work or in life.  Danielle is a trained Martha Beck coach as well as a Gallup trained coach focusing on helping people unearth and use their strengths. She has worked with small organizations with less than 10 staff to large international organizations. Along the way she founded two small organizations.

Marcelle is a job search and personal brand strategist with 10 years experience in strategic communications consulting for private clients and the federal government. She empowers mid- to executive level professionals to reach the next level by strengthening career narratives in resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and while networking and interviewing.

Her passion is helping people land their ideal job in the right organization at the level of responsibility and salary they seek and deserve. Before starting Career Valet and later a boutique recruiting firm, Marcelle did her fair share of job searching and career exploration. She also worked abroad for over six years in Chile, Russia, and Uzbekistan.
