Private 1:1 coaching for mid-to-senior level professionals
Group coaching programs (such as the Career Clarity and Fulfillment Program and the Women Leaders Program)
Workshops and team-based leadership development for organizations
If you're unsure what you need, that’s okay. Many clients aren’t certain at first. Schedule a free, no-pressure consultation—we’ll help you frame the right questions and determine if coaching is a good fit.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Individual and group coaching offerings range from $1,500 to $8,000. Most clients invest between $2,700 and $3,500 for a coaching package or program. Payment plans are available.

How does private coaching work?
Private coaching typically spans 3–6 months, though some clients choose to work together for up to a year. Sessions are usually held biweekly, but the schedule is customized to meet your needs.
Danielle uses a range of tools and assessments to help you gain insight into your goals, strengths, and challenges. Together, you’ll co-create a clear path forward—one that energizes you and aligns with your values, priorities, and long-term vision.
Private coaching is also included in our group programs, like the Career Clarity and Fulfillment Program and the Women Leaders Program.
How does workplace consulting work?
Workplace consulting is tailored to the needs of your team or organization. Projects may include:
Facilitating team strategy sessions or offsites
Conducting strengths or behavioral assessments (such as DiSC or CliftonStrengths)
Coaching leadership teams to improve communication, collaboration, and performance
Supporting transitions or reorganizations with clarity and structure
