What’s included in the package?

Positive Intelligence program over six months that builds mental fitness for a positive mind.  This includes:

  • In the first 6 weeks, you will learn the foundation of the program:

    • Concentrated program only takes 10- 15 minutes each day

    • 45-minute weekly calls on Mondays to build support, community, and accountability with other program participants

    • App-guided practice helping you build mental muscles (new neural pathways)

    • Positive Intelligence book (PDF provided)

    • You get to keep the Positive Intelligence app for a an entire year

  • After the initial 6 weeks and for the next 4.5 months, you will apply the mental fitness program in a manner where you can go at your own pace but ensure you apply the foundation to your work and life.

    • Monthly accountability calls with graduates of the PQ program (optional)

    • Additional content to take mental fitness practice and apply it to work and life.  In-depth modules around Relationship Mastery, Stress Management, Conflict Management, Change Management, Coaching Others, Growth Mindset, Change Management, Raising Emotional Intelligence, Happiness, Leadership and many other modules.

Six months of private coaching (at additional cost and optional) to confirm and test your core habit strategies to help you move forward on your intentions.

    If you have not worked with me in the past then I require a short 20 minute phone conversation to confirm whether you are a match for the coaching program. Please schedule a discovery call by going to this link.

  • Yes! The Positive Intelligence Program Only is $1,400.

    If you want to add coaching, the cost is $2,200 – Positive Intelligence Program + monthly coaching over 5 months.

  • The first six-week portion of the program launches end of April 2023 and continues through mid-June. The remaining portion of the program (June – October) continues at your own pace for the remaining 4.5 months.

  • Payment for the program is due no later than Wednesday, April 19.

  • If you choose the package including 1:1 coaching, I have a refund policy included with my coaching agreement. Reach out to me to learn more.

    If you sign up for the Positive Intelligence program only, then you can receive a 75% refund within two weeks of the program’s launch on January 21. After the two week period, there is no refund.

  • You will work with me to schedule your coaching sessions (via Zoom or phone) once per month based on your and your coach’s schedule.

  • It is a six week program focusing on helping you build mental muscle (new neural pathways) toward a positive mind.

    The breakthrough contribution of Positive Intelligence research is through factor analysis to discover the core factors that impact both performance and wellbeing. This research revealed that there are only 10 negative response factors (10 Saboteurs) and only 5 positive response factors (5 Sage powers).

    Discovering these root-level factors of performance and wellbeing dramatically simplifies personal and professional development. Intercepting one’s Saboteur and activating one’s Sage automatically results in a wide array of impacts including stress management, relationship improvement, performance, selling and persuasion, creativity, leadership, resilience, and happiness.

    This is because we are rewiring the brain at the root level rather than treating symptoms.

    The Positive Intelligence program is an app-based program where participants set aside 15/minutes a day. Once a week, there is an hour-long video which delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. Over the course of the program, the program will show how much progress you’re making towards building the three core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring can be visible on MRI imaging within 8 weeks.

  • The program launches Saturday April 29 with the first video of the program. The following Monday May 1 is the first Accountability meeting via Zoom.

    You will receive support from Danielle and the Positive Intelligence program to unfold the program over 6 weeks.

  • During the first 6 weeks of the program, the actual mental fitness practices takes about 10-15 minutes per day. In addition, once per week, will be committing to watching 1-hour video once per week. All of this takes places at a time of your choosing as guided by the Positive Intelligence app exclusively designed exclusively for this program.

    The Monday Accountability meeting (45 minutes) is optional but strongly recommended to get the full benefits of the program and to effectively build the mental fitness habit. These weekly Accountability calls will help you stay on track and get the full benefit of the program.

    This might sound like a lot of time but it constitutes less than 2 percent of your awake time for the duration of the program.

    The 1:1 coaching (60-minute sessions once per month) are additional to the time commitments lists above.

    After the six week period, you will receive additional content to apply the Positive Intelligence program to work and life receiving modules such as Relationship Mastery, Stress Management, Conflict Management, Change Management, Coaching Others, Growth Mindset, Change Management, Raising Emotional Intelligence, Happiness, and Leadership.

  • Yes! Danielle will host weekly accountability meetings (called Pod meetings) to bring participants together. These meetings will begin at the end of April go 6 weeks starting at 1 pm ET/10 am PT and lasts 45 minutes.

    Participation with these live, virtual calls is strongly encouraged as it helps to build the habit to engage in the daily practice of the program. However, if this time does not work for you, you can still engage in the full benefits of the Positive Intelligence program through the app-guided practice.

Shirzad will also participate daily in the exclusive online community of the program participants to answer questions, provide coaching, and cheer you on. He has been CEO of the largest coach training organization in the world and has trained faculty at Stanford and Yale business schools. Shirzad lectures on Positive Intelligence at Stanford University and works with Stanford’s NCAA athletes. A preeminent C-suite advisor, Shirzad has coached hundreds of CEOs and their executive teams. His background includes graduate level studies in neuroscience in addition to a BA in psychology, an MS in electrical engineering, and an MBA from Stanford.
